  • Hey Cliff - I got a question for you about reaching subscribers to our podcast. These last couple of PodcastAnswerMan you mentioned that we as podcasters need to build relationships with 25% of our subscribers. You then go on to say we should learn their first name, last name, and one other thing about them. Well my question is how do you even get their name? I can see on my feedburner that we have 43 subscribers, but how do I go about learning who these folks are? We are excited to see that we have so many folks subscribing to our podcast, but need some help connecting with them.

    Thanks

    Tony
