I totally agree, I have been on Blue Host for a year now and very seldom do I have an issue, when I do the help desk solves it almost always within 2 hours.

I've been using BlueHost for almost 4 years. Comparing with other 2 well known companies I can recommend them any giving day. Reliable, always keeping software up to date. Wordpress install + upgrades is a snap! One of our sites ReconoceTuSalud.com runs without issues for podcasts. All the things you said: True. Great service!
