Hi Cliff, I learned a lot from this episode. First, I thought that the idea of building your show through relation to other shows versus trying to gain popularity just through itunes. It is actually a better business plan to go this route too.

I also liked the idea of hiring an assistant to help you get more done. I know this is a big trend right now, but I can see value in it. Most people are going oversees, but you mentioned using someone “virtually” here in the States. I see the worth in hiring someone without language barriers and cultural barriers. Those are real challenges for outsourcing work overseas. Either way, I am not really a fan of the term ” virtual” assistant.
