First, I thought that the idea of building your show through relation to other shows versus trying to gain popularity just through itunes.  It is actually a better business plan to go this route too.  &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I also liked the idea of hiring an assistant to help you get more done.  I know this is a big trend right now, but I can see value in it.  Most people are going oversees, but you mentioned using someone &quot;virtually&quot; here in the States.  I see the worth in hiring someone without language barriers and cultural barriers.  Those are real challenges for outsourcing work overseas. Either way, I am not really a fan of the term &quot; virtual&quot; assistant.  &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I have enjoyed your show, and look forward to more!</description>
