461 – Keeping It Real

This is one of those episodes that would have never happened if I had not made a commitment to my community that I would publish a new episode of this podcast by 5am on Friday every single week.     I think you mentioned two books that gave you a lot of motivation in this episode. You talked about “Younger Next Year” but I don’t remember the second one. Which of those books would you recommend me to read first as I’d like also to change my lifestyle and more sport.

  • The other book I probably mentioned was FULLY ALIVE which was written by the guy who mentored me, Ken Davis. Though the book that I would most recommend to you for inspiration for a more healthy lifestyle would be Younger Next Year http://gspn.tv/youngernextyear
