		<description>I don&#039;t.  I simply use insert cables on my mic channels and bring audio straight from Skype and Broadcast Host into the channel inputs of the unit and then send the outputs to the mixing board using either XLR or 1/4&quot; patch cables.   Either work just fine.</description>
