I’ve been podcasting since December 2005, have produced more than 2,800 of my own podcast episodes and have spent well over 10,000 hours dedicated to the world of podcasting.

I’ve helped THOUSANDS of people launch successul podcasts through my free Learn How To Podcast Tutorial, my free, weekly, Podcast Answer Man Podcast that contains well over 200 hours of free advice, and through my digital video training products.

Since December of 2006, I’ve helped HUNDREDS of clients launch successful podcasts through my one on one consulting/coaching. At my core, I am a teacher at heart and you will find that my approach to consulting is driven through pure passion and a desire to help you reach your full potential in your podcasting journey. Consulting/Coaching Options

Consulting/Coaching By The Hour – $300/hr

My one on one coaching/consulting is currently $300 per hour with a minimum of one hour per call. I can assure you that one hour with me typically saves several weeks of researching information about podcasting and going through the hassle of trial and error. I only book coaching/consulting calls on Tuesdays from 10am to 5pm Eastern Time and my schedule usually books approximately one week in advance. Personal Podcasting A to Z – $2,500
To understand this consulting/coaching option, I ask that you take several moments to look over the page that describes my Podcasting A to Z Online Training Course. In 2011, this “online” training course helped seventy six individuals successfully launch a podcast in as little as two to four weeks. The online course is perfect for those who don’t mind doing all the work themselves to get their show launched, but who simply need all the right information, with easy to follow instructions, at the right time to get their show off the ground with the proper foundation.

With the “Personal Podcasting A to Z” option, you get lifetime access to the same video training products that are made available to the those who take the “online” course. However, instead of you doing each step on your own, relying on group conference calls and an online discussion forum, you will get personal and customized help from me.

In fact, in most cases, I am able to help you get your website set up, configure it for podcasting, set up your rss feed, record a sample podcast episode and submit your podcast to iTunes, all within the first 90 minute session.

This “Personal Podcasting A to Z” option includes three 90 minute consulting/coaching calls over the course of three weeks. These calls are customized to perfectly fit with your needs. By the end of the three weeks, you will be well on your way, producing your show with confidence.

On-Site Full Day Coaching/Consulting – $5,000
While I am able to accomplish more than most people could imagine via my one on one consulting/coaching sessions via GoToMeeting, I still have clients who prefer that face to face interaction. If you live within the continental United States, I would be happy to come and spend a day or so with you. My rate is a flat $5,000 for one day and $2,500 for each additional day. There is no extra cost for travel expenses.

The Full Service Option – $10,000
This option is for those of you who want to launch a quality podcast for your business, brand, or organization. However, you pretty much want everything done for you.

This package includes the following…
- The Podcast Answer Man Equipment Package as shown on my equipment page!
- On-site equipment setup and training
- Production workflow training for you and/or your staff if desired.
- Set up of your website, if you don’t already have a WordPress enabled site.
- Configuration of your WordPress website for podcasting.
- Set up your podcast rss feed.
- Submission of your show to the podcast directories.
- Lifetime access to all my video training tutorials for you and/or your staff.
- You and/or your staff will have personal access to me for 30 days after the on-site visit.
