There is great potential to do relational based endorsements that would far exceed the effectiveness of nearly any other form of marketing out there.  However, there is great potential to really do sponsorships poorly.  Either way, you will likely get the income from your original contract with the sponsor.  However, the goal is to make it to where the sponsor will want to sign on as a long term sponsor.</p>
